Bay Area Tamil Team Visit to FIU — Mr. Nat Natraj (https://linkedin.com/in/natrajiitb), Mr. Sri Srinivasa (https://www.linkedin.com/in/srisrinivasa/), and Mr. Bala Kannan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/bala-kannan/) visited with FIU leadership.

The visit included the current (President Jessell) and past (President Rosenberg) presidents of FIU, Dean Shlomi Dinar (SIPA), Dean Brian Schriner (CARTA), Associate Dean Pedro Botta (SIPA), Chair Professor Erik Larson (Religious Studies), Director David Skipp, and Director Smilka Melgoza. In addition, the guests were given guided tours of the exhibits at the Frost and GC gallery and a hard-hat tour of the potential home for the Tamil and Tamilar Diaspora Institute in the new SIPA-II building.
